Older adult professionals age 65 plus are healthier, more active, working longer and are better educated than ever before. However, in 2011, the first of the Baby Boomers reached retirement age. As the largest generational cohort in the world, this will result in an economic impact both regionally and globally. Currently, every country is trying to understand the impact this will have on their economies, but very few are creating opportunities that maximize the potential value of this demographic.
