Rides That Save Lives Webinar March 24, 2021 | Transportation As the country continues to reel from COVID-19, partners are rallying to ensure older adults have access to the vaccine. Transportation is an integral part of the solution to stabilize the health and well-being of older adults, particularly in rural communities. This webinar will feature nimble, creative approaches to provide rural older adults with access to the vaccine, including Rides that Save Lives, a new community toolkit from the Rural Transportation Incubator, an initiative of Age Friendly Arizona, sponsored by The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation and several national partners. We also will discuss the important role the philanthropic community can play in engaging diverse partners to address the social determinants of health. This webinar will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 2 - 3 p.m. (EDT)/11 a.m. – Noon (MST). To register for this webinar, please click here.
